Beef Stir Fry Noodles
Try it with Singapore noodles or local noodles or spaghetti.
150g of egg pasta / any pasta cut to taste
150g of thinly sliced beef
1/2 thinly sliced red, yellow and red peppers
1 medium onion cut into thin slices
Carrot – 1 thinly sliced
1 chopped onion cut into thin slices
100g of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cut Green beans
1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
3 Tablespoons of cooking oil
Soy sauce – 3 Tablespoons
3 Tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
1 Teaspoon of crushed ginger
1/2 Teaspoon of cumin
Mixed herbs – 1/2 Teaspoon
1/2 Teaspoon of Chinese spices 5
1 cube of ingots
Salt to taste
Directions On How To Prepare
Mix cumin powder, ginger, 1/2 of garlic, a tablespoon of sunflower oil, ingot cube, Chinese spices 5, mixed herbs and salt together.
Stir with meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When it is marinated, cut it into thin slices and set aside
Prepare your main ingredients
Bring a pot of water to a boil, put in the rice / pasta noodles …
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt if you use pasta, you do not need salt if you use noodles, they already contain salt.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Boil the noodles/pasta until tender but firm, drain and let them air-dry in a colander, stir occasionally to avoid clumping …
Then add two Tablespoons of oil in a wok or a large pan over medium heat. When it’s hot, add marinated beef.
Stir and fry until it loses its rosy color and turns brown.

Dig the meat and set it aside.
Increase the heat to moderately high.
In the same wok / pan (do not wash or clean it, we need the meat juice to enhance the taste of the fried)
Add another Tablespoon of oil
Put the onions, fry for a minute then the remaining garlic, sauté for another 30 seconds or until fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic)
Add the sauteed pepper for another minute
Now add the vegetables, starting with carrots, jumping for a minute
Then the cut onions and beans
Saute but do not overcook. (Remember you’re working at high heat, so you have to be fast enough).
Now add sesame oil and combine.
The next, add the mushrooms and keep stirring until the mushrooms are cooked …
Now add the oyster sauce and sit the sauce.
Stir the vegetables well.
Now add the meat to the wok.
Reduce the medium heat at this time, add the cooked noodles, combine them all together with a tong or two chopsticks.
Cook for another minute, then you’re done.
Mix the noodles pasta and it is ready to eat.
