This is a simple but delicious recipe for rice with a bit of onion and carrot, and cooked in vegetable stock for flavour.

- Meat (optional)
- Stock Cube
- Bay leaf
- Vegetables (tomato, cucumber, garbage, carrot etc.)

Method Or Recipe For Braised Rice
- Wash the rice with salt
- Add the stock and the onions to the rice and fry (low fry) with a little vegetable oil
- Steamed meat with spices
- Add enough water to the meat to be used for rice
- Pour the rice into the baking pan, add the broth (ie the meat water), add pepper, add the bay leaf, add salt, add broth cubes to taste
- Grease the kitchen paper with butter (fat) to cover the rice in the pan
- Heat in the oven for a few minutes until it is finished
- Add the butter (fat) to the rice when done, garnish with the vegetables.
Braised rice is ready.
