This is a simple but delicious recipe for rice with a bit of onion and carrot, and cooked in vegetable stock for flavour.

  • Rice
  • Meat (optional)
  • Stock Cube
  • salt
  • onions
  • Bay leaf
  • pepper
  • Butter
  • Vegetables (tomato, cucumber, garbage, carrot etc.)

Method Or Recipe For Braised Rice

  • Wash the rice with salt
  • Add the stock and the onions to the rice and fry (low fry) with a little vegetable oil
  • Steamed meat with spices
  • Add enough water to the meat to be used for rice
  • Pour the rice into the baking pan, add the broth (ie the meat water), add pepper, add the bay leaf, add salt, add broth cubes to taste
  • Grease the kitchen paper with butter (fat) to cover the rice in the pan
  • Heat in the oven for a few minutes until it is finished
  • Add the butter (fat) to the rice when done, garnish with the vegetables.

Braised rice is ready.
