HOW TO MAKE CLUB SANDWICH
- Feel free to toast the bread if you wish.
- Add the mayonnaise and ketchup mixture to the quantity you want.
- Feel free to use any remaining chicken for this: boiled, baked or grilled, everything will work fine.
- Layer your club sandwich the way you want and be creative with it.
Ingredients For Club Sandwich
1/2 pound boneless chicken
4 slices of tomatoes
6 slices of bread
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons of ketchup
2 lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Break the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and beat together.
Preheat the oil in a pan – preferably, a non-stick pan and fry the omelette until the base becomes firm.
Flip to the other side and cook until cooked, then put it aside.
Mix together the mayonnaise and the ketchup.
Add a little to the chicken and stir until it is completely coated.

Spread a slice of bread on a plate or on a table spread over the mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.
Add a layer of chicken, followed by lettuce leaves, then the omelette.
Layer it with the second slice of bread, distributing a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup over it.
Put the tomato and cucumber on top and cover with the lettuce
Cover it with the last slice of Bread – Spread with a little Mayonnaise if you wish.
Insert 4 toothpicks inside the Sandwich all the way down to hold it in place and split it into two halves or quarters if desired. To enjoy!
